Refund Policy

At Suunhaus Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality, customized digital media and content creation services tailored to each client’s brand and vision. Due to the personalized and creative nature of our services, all sales are final once deliverables have been submitted and approved.

Deposits & Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon delivery of final content. Invoices are issued at the time of delivery. Work does not begin without mutual confirmation of the project scope, timeline, and expectations.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed projects or delivered digital content. Refunds or partial refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • If work has not yet started and the project is cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation.
  • If an error on our part prevents delivery of agreed content and we are unable to remedy it within a reasonable timeframe.

Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Suunhaus Studio.

Revisions

In most cases, we include one round of minor revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions or major changes may incur further fees, which will be outlined prior to work.
